Tourists and Transit/Transferring passengers will not be accepted.
Certificate of Entry (COE), Fit to fly health certificate are mandatory for all passengers travelling to Thailand.
All non‑Thai nationals must carry medical insurance or a letter from their employer guaranteeing that the insurance company or employer will cover a minimum of USD 100,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) of medical costs incurred by the applicant in Thailand, including medical costs in the event that the applicant contracts COVID‑19. The insurance must cover the whole duration of stay in Thailand.

就凭1、3点内容你就已经无法完成了，其实泰方就是间接拒绝所有人入境。
1、3.22日起所有来泰外籍旅客在登机手续时必须出示医学健康证明及医疗保险；
2、医学健康证明以英文或泰文填写，需在航班出发前72小时内开具，证明该旅客没有感染新冠状病毒；
3、医疗保险必须可以在泰使用，保额必须在10万美元以上，覆盖新冠状病毒治疗；
4、如无法出示，航空公司需拒绝该旅客登机；
